This vibrant spot seamlessly blends a laid-back lakehouse vibe with top-tier culinary craftsmanship, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, and anyone looking to unwind by the water. The location itself is a key highlight—perched near the lake with scenic outdoor seating and even a convenient boat dock, it encourages guests to savor fresh air while enjoying their meal.

The menu centers on pizza that balances classic and inventive flavors with fresh, quality ingredients. Standouts include the “Russell Stinger,” which layers spicy bacon jam and hot soppressata with cherry peppers and a hint of honey for a sweet-heat kick. Equally impressive is the Spicy Pickle pie, featuring fresh mozzarella and a creamy white alfredo sauce complemented by spicy dill pickles and a drizzle of dill sauce—a unique spin that sets Lakehouse apart in San Angelo’s pizza scene. For meat lovers, the “Skipper” stacks pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, and Canadian bacon to satisfy robust appetites.

Appetizers like the garlicky cheesy bread provide a comforting introduction, while the fruit pizza dessert adds a refreshing and colorful touch to conclude the meal. The varieties speak to both traditional pizza fans and those seeking new twists, showing a thoughtful approach to menu design.

Beyond the food, the taproom offers a self-serve beer wall boasting a wide selection of brews that complement the pizzas perfectly, though some find the self-serve format a bit unconventional. The welcoming, knowledgeable staff enhance the experience with attentive service and helpful recommendations, contributing to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The new lake house is one of San Angelo’s best pizza places. The atmosphere is relaxed and has amazing views of the lake! The pizza is excellent every time and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The new beer wall has a great variety of beers on tap and always pairs well with the pizza. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The lakehouse is one of my favorite spots in San Angelo and I recommend everyone try it out to see for yourselves!!

I want to a start off with we went to the restaurant during opening week expecting it to be super busy and rushed and unorganized and I was NOT surprised that it was running like a well oiled machine!! The family that owns this place has always run their buisnesses well and each establishment so enjoyable. We absolutely loved the outside sitting the atmosphere. I love that you can take the family and sit outside and pull up in your boat and dock it and grab food, drinks and some fresh air !

I'm new to the area and after a long hot day of work, we wanted to sit down in a cool place and have a few beers and pizza. I'm not a fan of the, serve yourself beer taps. I'm still unsure how it all works. We just ordered a single bottle of beer at the counter, ate our pizza and left. We would have stayed much longer if we could have just ordered beer at the table or even a bar. I'm sure I'll be back because the pizza was great. Not a good place at all if all you want to do is kick back with a cold one. For me, it's just not convenient.

Lake House Pizzeria in San Angelo is a total game-changer! The pizza is hands-down excellent - fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked crust, and just the right balance of flavors. But what really sets them apart is the overall experience. The restaurant itself is spotless - you can tell they take pride in keeping everything super clean. The vibe is also unmatched in San Angelo - it's got a relaxed, lake-house feel that's perfect for lunch or a night out with friends or family. And the staff? Super friendly and engaged! The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. If you're looking for a top-notch pizza with a great atmosphere and awesome service, Lake House Pizzeria is the place to be."

The pizza is amazing with several unique flavors and topping to choose from. I love the convenience of one size so you can sample many. The beer tap wall is the best with the convenience of being able to try something new without having to commit to a full beer. Service is always top notch. Everyone is always happy to assist and anywhere questions and they are always doing their best to make your experience the best!

We were visiting the city of San Angelo on a road trip and looking for excellent pizza. The pizza did not disappoint and the environment was so incredible (music, view, outdoor space)Before we left, I confirmed that this location recently opened on Fourth of July 2025. Our teenager was worried about choosing a place with only one review, but I anticipate there will be many more before too much time. They have a neat tap card system for beer dispensation. I actually don’t drink but thought it was pretty fun to observe. We had four different pizzas and they were all excellent ranging from the simple margherita to the Carne Asada pizza. It was an incredibly busy dinner hour on a Thursday night. Pizza took a while, I think between 45 minutes to an hour, but we got salad (Greek - SO good) and the fruit topped dessert to eat beforehand and explored outside. It all worked out with babies, toddler, kids, and teenagers in our group because of the environment and pre-meal foods.
